Not physically, but from time to time there is a need to drive a unit off of an RGN deck.

This is contract specific, but as an average it's 2 hours.
How long do stops take to get offloaded on average?
We rarely have stops on our freight, but when it occurs, perhaps about 30 minutes.

What happens if a driver refuses to take a dispatch for a legitimate reason?
As an owner operator company, the driver makes his/her own choices.

We use both, but a high percent of company freight - brokerage just to fill in the gaps.
